Little Sister was born June 24, 2011at 12:19pm almost exactly 24 hours before her oldest brother's birthday! Ellie was 7 lbs 7 oz and 20 inches long. She took her time getting here as I was in labor for nearly 15 hours....This was not something that we were used to. Both boys' labor and deliveries were under 4 hours each. The early laboring is what took forever. Once I hit 6cm (about 9am on June 24) I was in the home stretch! Thankfully labor was not taxing and I was able to wait until I was 7-8 cm before getting an epidural. Shortly thereafter I pushed about 5 times and Miss Eleanora made her arrival! Josh and I are just smitten with her and her sweet laid back attitude! She is a keeper for sure!
